Publisher visits SUBEB boss

Publisher of the Oriwu Sun Newspaper, Monzor Olowosago, paid a courtesy visit to the new Chairman of the Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board, SUBEB, at their Maryland office on November 21, 2019. The visit was initiated to get acquainted to the newly appointed Chairman, Mr. ….. and his new committee members. Monzor Olowosago congratulated the new team and wished them fruitful years in office.

The Publisher was also happy for his affinity with Dr. Saheed Ibikunle, who was appointed a committee member of the State SUBEB.

The Publisher promised to extend all necessary support needed to accomplish their task through news coverage. Monzor, who believes in community development, urged the Chairman and his team to use their good office to foster development in the education sector among periphery communities.

As a staunch advocate in quality education, he prayed for divine guidance on the path of the new team as they go about their duties. He believed that serving at such capacities afford the new board the opportunity to distinguish themselves by rendering excellent services to the State. According to Olowosago, performing diligently well will pave way for bigger responsibilities at the national and international levels if they carve a niche for themselves through this commitment.

The Chairman and his team were happy to receive the Publisher and assured him of giving their best on the job.
