Buhari’s 200 lowcost housing estate coming to Imota

If the news reaching Oriwu Sun is anything to go by, we can authoritatively confirm that Ikorodu Division has benefited from the President Muhammadu Buhari’s agenda of building low-cost housing estates across the country.
Sources from the presidency told Oriwu Sun that the Federal Government has paid for the expanse of land facing Caleb University in Imota. Arraignments have been concluded and papers have been signed to that effect, by the contractors and government representatives.
Anytime from now, work will begin on the site.
The expected time for completing the project is two years.
Oriwu Sun also gathered that the members of the Nigeria Labour Congress, (NLC), which is made up of the masses will apply for the houses and are to pay in instalment. The union has also been reported to have approved of the site. Some people in Ikorodu Division who can afford to pay will also benefit from the scheme.
The good news is that the major contractor for the job is a bonafide son of Ikorodu, who is a medical doctor, silent achiever and a prominent estate developer across the state. He is a son of a popular family in Ikorodu.
