A frontline banker and socialite, Alhaji (Prince) Yusau Abiodun has lost his dear wife Alhaja Suliat Ayoka Abiodun. She died on March 15, 2021.
According to family sources, she went to the embassy that same day, shopped for groceries, and visited an eatery in Ikorodu, got home peacefully until she developed sudden chronic sign of illness.
While her husband was making arrangements to convey her to the hospital, just about putting her into the car, Suliat Ayoka breathed her last breath and died.
She was taken back into the house and buried the next day at the her site in Baiyeku. Since the announcement of her demise, scores of sympathizers trooped to her husband’s home at the Ikorodu GRA to console the husband and her family.
Her husband, Prince Yusau Abiodun ensured he gave his late wife a befitting 7-day Fridaus. Before her death, the late Suliat Ayoka Abiodun was a member of the Olori Shotobi committee in Ikorodu. The committee of friends gave her a resounding funeral.
She died at age 64 and left behind husband and children.
