The pilgrims from Ikorodu Local Government Area, every year, organise prayer session for the Publisher of Oriwu Sun, Alhaji Monzor Olowosago, for the generosity he showed to all of them, not only for his moral support, but also for his financial assistance.
This year, more than one hundred and fifty of them gathered at the mosque to pray for him, Governor Akinwunmi Ambode, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Hon. Abdul-lateef Abdul Hakeem, the Amirul Haj. The prayer was led by Chief Imam of Ikorodu Central Mosque, Sheikh Seifudeen Olowooribi.
