His Royal Majesty, Oba Kazeem Gbadamosi, the Ologijo of Ogijo (Otunba Lamidi Gbadamosi’s son) bags IKODASS Role Model award

His Royal Highness, OBA KAZEEM KASHIMAWO OLAONIPEKUN GBADAMOSI was born in 1966 into the Royal Family of Okuselu of Melufen Ruling House in Ogijo. He is the first son of his parents, Otunba Lamidi Afolobi Gbadomosi Mni and Chief (Mrs.) Sidikat Oritoke Gbadamosi. At Birth, his ascension to throne one day was predicted (Apesin).

However, what was not investigated was which of the throne as he could also lay claim to the Royal Families of Akarigbo of Remo Sagamu Local Government. He had his primary education at Nigeria Model Nursery and Primary School at Idioro between 1 970 – 1974: he later went to Lara Day Nursery and Primary School at Adeniyi Jones from where he sot for National Common Entrance Examination.

He started his secondary school education at Government College Ikorodu gaining admission in 1979; in 1980 after the boarding school was abolished he got admission into Igbobi College Yaba where he completed his WAEC/ GCE/O’LEVEL examination in 1985. He attended school of basic studies from where he later went to Jubril Martins Secondary School he had the opportunity to travel to the UK in 1988. In the same year, he enrolled into the London School of Journalism where he completed the High National Diploma in Journalism in 1988-1990.

After completing the Journalism course he went to South West London College to study Business and Finance which he completed with merit in 1994to 1996, he attended London College of Printing and Distributing Trade were he obtained the High National Diploma in 1992 and 1994 with merit in 1994 he got admission South Bank University where he obtained Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance in 1996.

For his working experience, he worked mainly in the private section as Business Manager with the Dixons Group rose to the position of Senior Manager within the organization. In 2006, after all his experience with Dixons Group, he decided to set up his own business called Blossom Retails Stores in the UK which specialize in fashion outfit.

He is also the C.E.O of Indkwik Service LTD which specializes in the recruitment and provision of essential service to business in UK. He is also a junior partner at the Global Recruitment Agency and Business Manager with Ladbrokes Cora Gola Group Plc.

He is an honest and trustworthy individual with more than ten years of experience, working in a public facing role his communication and interpersonal skills one of the highest standards, he is a reflective person who responds well to constructive criticism. After his education and whilst working, he committed himself to community work by Joining Ikorodu Oga Development Association UK & Ireland in 2001, alongside fellow indigene he participated actively in development project within Ikorodu Township. His Royal Highness served Ikorodu Oga Development Association in various the capacities.

He served the organization as general secretary for four years, treasurer for two years before becoming the president of the association 201 5, a position he held before he was nominated as Oba Ologijo of Ogijo.

His Royal Highness is happily married with four children who are doing incredibly well in their various chosen endeavors.
