The person in this photograph is the Board Secretary, Alhaji Mufutau Okoya. He led the coordinators to support Amirul Haj this year to ensure a successful Haj.
Alhaji Okoya is a quiet worker. His first appearance reflects that he may not be able to perform due to his quiet mien but you ae wrong if you think so.
He is a typical civil servant. Even when you provoke him, he would be quiet and mindful of his speech. He would not budge on the things he believed in, no matter the provocation. No wonder, he made a great success of his assignment.
