The widely acclaimed most successful and most authentic community newspaper in the coutry, Oriwu Sun Newspaper has flagged off projects programmes and preparations for its 35th Anniversary to be held by the middle of next year.
One of these activities is the publication of a top quality compendium on Who-is-Who in Ikorodu Division. The book project which had been in the pipeline for some time was deliberately slowed down to synchronize with our 35th anniversary celebration which will be honoured by His Excellency Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu among other dignitaries.
We are documenting the greatest achievers from this division draw across different professions, vocations and walks of life without gender discrimination.
We had previously gotten some entries in form of biodata (Curriculum Vitae) or citations, but we decided to send such materials back to be updated by the personalities involved so that we will remain current.
For those who are forwarding their own details to us, we look forward to receiving them on or before September 15, 2019 when entries will close for the first edition of this wonderful publication.
It is our intention to screen and select the first batch according to our production schedule, book volume and quality etc. and defer others for the 2nd edition of the publication.
We have chosen you as one of those we deem highly qualified for this resource book which will adorn various homes institutions and libraries and be area globally too.

It is our expectation that this book will be unveiled and launched during our 35th anniversary next year as a great acknowledgement of the vast human resources from this great division of Lagos State.
