Residents of Omini CDA beg GovAmbode to repair deplorable road

The residents of AnibabaOmini Community Development Association (CDA) have appealed to the Lagos State Governor, AkinwunmiAmbode to construct their Mabeko street road, Ikorodu, which leads to several communities in the town.

In a press release sent to Oriwu Sun by the Community Secretary, AdeshinaAdewale recently, the community, while appreciating the fantastic development on infrastructure jnIkorodu since the Governor assumed office almost two years ago, appealed to him to reconstruct the community’s road because it is a major link to Agbele and Ikorodu Grammar School. He said that doing so would boost the economic activities of the area since the community is a major CDA in Ikorodu town.

The spokesman of the CDA said that eighty-five percent of the residents voted and supported Ambode during the last election. They are, therefore, begging him to come to their aid, most especially because the community had embarked on several self-help projects through levies, among which are a major police post that serves the area, as well as an event center and a big mosque.
