The publisher, management and entire staff of the Oriwu Sun Newspaper, wish all our readers and advertisers a great new year and a special beginning of a new decade 2020. This year your favourite community newspaper is 35 years old on the newsstand and we are pleased to inform you that plans have been completed to celebrate this auspicious anniversary in a grand style.
As part of the celebration we are launching two new books; Practical Community Newspaper Reporting, written by the publisher and Who Is Who in Ikorodu division.
We are also happy to inform you that we have designed a new logo (masthead) for your favourite community newspaper, to give the publication a new look and make it more appealing. The in-depth community reportage and colourful prints are carefully retained while we improve on other aspects of the publication.
We thank all our readers, supporters, patrons and well-wishers for all your unflinching support and constant patronage. With your enduring support you have kept Oriwu Sun on the news stand for nearly four decades. Our most profound appreciation to you and gratitude to God.
